Product Return Policies:

We guarantee our seeds for 30 days from day of purchase. We do not accept returns of seeds after 30 days or any opened seeds without an authorized RGA.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your seeds and the germination rates please call us or email us at sales@mandismicrogreens.com or sales@bountifulseedpantry.com.

· We will help you troubleshoot any issues you may be having with germination.

· You must contact us to obtain an authorized Return Goods Authorization. No products will be accepted in any state without prior authorization.

Refunds

· Refunds will be made within 30 business days in the original payment form.

· Unopened products returned withing 30 days will be subject to a 25% restock fee.

· It remains the responsibility of the buyer to cover freight costs to return unopened products within the 30 day grace period.

Terms and Conditions:

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices may be represented different on different online selling platforms; said prices are not transferrable or available only upon the site and platform they are published and advertised. 

Exclusion of warranty and limitations of damages:

Mandi’s Microgreens LLC warrants that the seed we sell conforms to the label description as required by State and Federal seed laws. Neither Mandi’s Microgreens LLC nor the seller hereof (if other than Mandi’s Microgreens LLC.). Makes any other representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied with respect to the contents hereof, whether as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or any other matters pertaining to this product.

All Claims, including claims for alleged defective seed must be made within thirty (30) days after Buyer learns of the facts upon which such claim is based. All claims not made in writing and received by Mandi’s Microgreens LLC. within the specified time period above shall be deemed waived.

The liability of Mandi’s Microgreens LLC. And the seller hereof for all losses and damages to Buyer resulting from any cause whatsoever including negligence, breach of contract, breach of warranty, or alleged defective seeds irrespective of whether such defects are discoverable or latent, shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the particular sees with respect to which losses or damages are claimed. In no even shall Mandi’s Microgreens LLC or the seller be liable for incidental or consequential damages including, without limitation, loss of profits. It is agreed upon that the remedy provided above shall be to the exclusion of all others.

 

Should fulfillment of any order or contract be prevented or delayed by an act of God, war, blockade, revolution, government action to restrict energy or any other essential to the growing and harvesting of the crops, prohibition of exports or imports, riots, strikes, lockouts, fires and/or detention at sea or any other contingency beyond our control, we shall not be held responsible for any loss and/or damages thereby.

IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE PRODUCTS UNDER THESE SPECIFIEDTERMS AND CONDITIONS, RETURN THEM IMMEDIATELY FOR A FULL REFUND.
